We have created our 'barrel lid style' drinks coasters from sustainable kiln-dried quality Scottish oak. Lines/grooves have been burnt into the surface of the wood depicting individual slats followed by the occasional light burning throughout the top surface giving it a comfortable authentic look

Please note – the coaster shown in this listing is not the actual one you will receive as it is for our photographic purposes. However you will receive one of the same sizing as listed, but the wood grain & the burning will vary to a degree

Sanded to a very fine grade and when finishing products have been applied, have made these coasters extremely tactile

Finally finished off with Oak and Still Creations special application method and recipe of pure beeswax and mineral oil by submerging it in a warm bath of our beeswax conditioner, allowed to dry, buffed up & repeated and finally buffed again to a high end finish

For the after-care of these coasters we would highly recommend the purchase of Oak and Still Creations wax conditioner & applying a small amount from the tin, rubbing into the surface with a lint-free cloth.
